This is Iowa’s Largest Tradeshow displaying over 50 exhibitor's booths, with full-size school buses also on display.

This registration is for vendor exhibitors who wish to participate in our July 15, 2025, Trade Show. The trade show booth setup can be the night before from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on July 14, 2025. or from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on July 15, 2025. Please make sure that you list every member of your company's team or organization members under the booth worker's question. Every person needs a printed name tag for security and an accurate meal count.

The conference will be held on July 14th, 15th, & 16th, 2025, at the Airport Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 611 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa.
